PERMIT INFORMATION

Concessional spirits can be supplied to any person or business that holds a current ATO 'Concessional Spirits Permit' and nominates Bacto Laboratories as a supplier (Excise Tariff sub-items 3.5 and 3.7)

PERMIT EXEMPTIONS

1. The following professionals and institutions are exempt from needing a permit (Excise Tariff sub-item 3.6)
   - health care practitioners
   - veterinary practitioners
   - medical, government and educational institutions

2. 'Denatured Ethanol' does not require a permit. Available as an option.
