Diff Quik Stain 1

Bacto Diff Quik Stain 1 is the eosinophilic staining component of the Diff Quik rapid differential staining system. It is applied following fixation and provides selective staining of eosinophilic cellular structures.

Stain 1 assists in the differentiation of cytoplasmic components and other acidophilic structures, producing the characteristic red to pink staining required for clear microscopic assessment. When used sequentially with Diff Quik Fixative and Stain 2, it provides rapid cellular differentiation suitable for routine microscopy.

Designed for applications including blood films, cytology preparations and other air-dried biological specimens.
